Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory objectives, and plant capacity in a Nashville setting. You will collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery with high service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in production planning, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, or related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Create and manage production transactions in the ERP system.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities to changing needs.
• Lead scheduling reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Support inventory management, reporting, and order fulfillment.
• Communicate delays or risks to internal stakeholders.
• Assist continuous improvement of planning processes and data accuracy.
