Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and verify production planning schedules for multiple lines and work centers.
• Resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs, and schedule interruptions.
• Develop and improve scheduling processes, tools, and KPIs to balance supply and demand.
• Communicate scheduling exceptions to Sales, Operations, and Program Managers.
• Report monthly schedule metrics and support capacity planning and continuous improvement.
