Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a Production & Materials Planning Specialist in North, PA. You will handle good receipts of inbound raw materials and indirect orders, manage material returns, and back up MRO purchases, using SAP and Zycus to keep planning and inventory aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience handling raw material receiving and SAP bookings.
• Experience with raw material return management.
• Experience with indirect production material procurement.
• Backup MRO purchasing support and continuity coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage STOs between Tastepoint North and Tastepoint South to ensure material availability and production continuity.
• Perform SAP goods receipt transactions (MIGO) and ensure inventory accuracy for raw materials.
• Process Zycus goods receipts for indirect materials.
• Coordinate raw material returns, supplier returns, and inventory adjustments as required.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for production supplies and approved equipment purchases.
• Provide backup coverage for MRO purchasing activities, including supplier communications, expediting orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve shortages and discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and support cycle counts, reconciliation, and audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy and purchasing efficiency.
• Utilize SAP, Zycus and other systems to maintain planning, purchasing, and inventory records.
