Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. We seek a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to handle movement of products, verify shipping/receiving accuracy, and support SAP-driven processes in North, PA.

You will monitor orders and inventory, prepare shipments, schedule with carriers, and resolve issues with Customer Service and Quality to ensure timely delivery. This role demands attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in computerized inventory and shipping systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment.
• Prepare shipments in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy.
• Schedule shipments with carriers and/or customers as required.
• Send all pick-up request emails and comply with customer order requests.
• Expedite shipments as needed and resolve SAP/inventory issues affecting order timeliness.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Quality to resolve shipment problems.
• Provide vacation coverage in other areas as needed.

As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator you will perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function. This position is located in North, PA - USA.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Monitoring sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment
• Prepare Shipments – Create in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy
• Schedule Shipments with carriers and/or customers as required
• Send all pick-up request emails.
• Comply with customer order requests.
• Shipment expediting as requested/required.
• Resolving SAP system or inventory issues that may prevent timely shipment of orders.
• Consulting with the Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve issues preventing shipment
• Vacation coverage in other areas of the department
