Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator in North, PA. You will monitor orders, manage inventories, prepare shipments in SAP, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong background in computerized inventory and shipping systems.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving skills and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment.
• Prepare shipments in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy.
• Schedule shipments with carriers and/or customers.
• Send all pick-up request emails.
• Comply with customer order requests.
• Shipment expediting as requested/required.
• Resolve SAP system or inventory issues that may prevent timely shipment of orders.
• Consult with Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve issues preventing shipment.
• Vacation coverage in other areas of the department.
