Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Columbus is seeking a Production Planner I to support manufacturing operations with primary focus on planning of full goods and raw materials.

This role uses SAP and GIB in conjunction with Excel, Word and PowerPoint to develop schedules and optimize production. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ERP experience (preferably SAP), and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to balance inventory, schedule adherence,

Qualifications

• Understanding MRP functions for planning FG and raw materials.
• Ability to compile, analyze and provide accurate reporting.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, SAP, BW reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ownership and accountability; able to work independently to meet goals.
• Results-focused with commitment to deadlines and initiative.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer focus and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable production schedules using GIB and SAP/MRP.
• Develop long-term capacity and demand plans.
• Manage inventories to target levels, balancing with warehouse, line time, staffing.
• Order and coordinate raw materials to support the schedule.
• Review forecasts and communicate potential issues to stakeholders.
• Communicate issues timely to appropriate parties.
• Support new projects, discontinuations, and product changes.
• Maintain BOM changes through change management processes.
