Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator in North, PA to manage movement of products, verify shipping/receiving accuracy, and support SAP-based processes. You will monitor orders, inventory and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires strong experience with inventory and shipping systems (preferably SAP), ability to work under pressure, excellent problem solving and numeracy skills, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented

• Ability to work under pressure; excellent problem solving and numeracy skills; enthusiastic team player.
• Results oriented with high attention to detail and ability to learn computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment
• Prepare Shipments - Create in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy
• Schedule Shipments with carriers and/or customers as required
• Send all pick-up request emails.
• Comply with customer order requests.
• Shipment expediting as requested/required.
• Resolving SAP system or inventory issues that may prevent timely shipment of orders.
• Consulting with the Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve issues preventing shipment
• Vacation coverage in other areas of the department
