Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to provide master schedules for plant production operations to meet shipping requirements. The role is based in Hazlet, NJ, on day shift, with exposure to cross-functional teams including executive leadership.

You will oversee plant capacity planning, SAP and Excel-driven reporting, and coordination with other plants to optimize SLOB and inventory. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain and coordination across functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership.
• Customer service experience preferred and beneficial for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide master schedules for plant production operations.
• Run daily/weekly reports to monitor capacity, SLOB, and allocation.
• Coordinate with other plants to ensure proper material allocation and timely shipping.
• Lead Tier 2 meetings and support management with shipping data and reports.

We have a position for Supply Chain Specialist where you will provide master schedules for plant production operations to meet agreed shipping requirements.

This position is located in Hazlet, NJ, USA for day shift.

1. Where You'll Make a Difference

• Work requires basic knowledge of plant capacities, equipment, and processes and understanding of their interaction.
• Mainly responsible for a small-scale plant or for part of production.
• Running daily zoog reports for the plant.
• Maintaining SLOB and provision stock reports.
• Communicating with other plants to ensure SLOB materials are being allocated properly.
• Running the Tier 2 meeting. Other tasks as needed.
• Run the no show report daily and share with the shipping department
• Run the orders shipped report daily and share with management and shipping.
• Other tasks and projects as requested by management.

2. What Makes You the Right Fit

• Experience in Supply Chain
• High School Diploma
• Experience with SAP and Excel a must.
• Great communication is needed.
• This will be a highly visible position and at time will be communicating with executive leadership.
• Supply chain and customer service preferred.
