Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks an AVP & Operations Product Owner to own the full roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day direction for key products and initiatives. You’ll prioritize with business stakeholders, manage value delivery, and align with risk, compliance, and release readiness.

A strong analytics background and Agile experience are essential. You will collaborate across business and technology teams, ensuring timely decisions, test plans, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology or operations is preferred and valuable.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum or iterative delivery methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full roadmap and backlog for the designated product area.
• Prioritize and make trade-offs with stakeholders to maximize value.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and vendors.
• Lead backlog refinement, delivery planning and release readiness.
• Ensure compliance with risk controls and regulatory requirements.
