Job summary

enGen seeks a Product Owner to lead development and management of service/analytic products within the organization. You will liaison with agile cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution and drive business value.

You will oversee backlog grooming, acceptance criteria, and alignment of product vision with stakeholders, while coordinating with external vendors to ensure roadmap delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting or Design Thinking OR in Product Development & Management, Project/Program Management
• 3 years experience working with external clients/fostering positive relationships and outcomes
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, Information Management, or closely related field
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, or Information Management (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Contributes to streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.
• Manages, understands and supports prioritized Portfolio and Value Stream work by collaborating with stakeholders to breakdown features into user stories; translate product visions into requirements.
• Maintain a well groomed and prioritized backlog to support optimal team allocation for multiple Sprints; enforce definition of ready and done.
• Responsible for the acceptance of stories as Done from the team, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the creation, maintenance, and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; track and provide status to leadership.
• Collaborate with external vendors to align roadmaps and ensure delivery execution and scope alignment.
• Develop and maintain product delivery roadmap; communicate release contents to stakeholders.
• Write clearly defined user stories for new product features and improvements; work on improvement stories.
• Review, update and sign off on test scripts for in-track and regression testing.
