Job summary

UniGroup is seeking a Product Owner who will bridge business needs, user experience, and technical execution. You will own the backlog, prioritize features, and align tactical work with broader strategy in an on-site environment.

You will work with Agile teams to deliver value, document requirements, and facilitate ceremonies while engaging with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in information systems or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Ability to translate API capabilities into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Basic understanding of backend systems to communicate with engineering.
• 3 years in an Agile product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the team backlog and prioritize work to align with domain strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Senior Product Owners to document requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality story creation and backlog grooming.
• Support cross-functional project planning and maintain clear communication across participants.
• Maintain continuous customer/agent/stakeholder feedback during product lifecycle.
• Act as daily point of contact for development team and stakeholders.
• Facilitate testing, documentation, and training sessions for ITSC and other teams.
• Manage intake and triage across multiple systems.
