Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned Scrum Lead to drive delivery of product roadmaps through agile practices in a healthcare-adjacent environment. You will groom sprints, coordinate with Experience Owners and Scrum Masters, and own the product life cycle from planning to delivery.

The role emphasizes operational excellence and continuous improvement. The position requires 5 years in IT, 3 years in leadership, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working with information technology.
• 3 years in staff management or mentoring others in a leadership role.
• 3 years in developing, presenting and communicating technical concepts to varying audiences; experience in sprint planning and defining stories; healthcare experience.
• 1 year in developing tactical solutions to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Understand resource utilization across product teams and escalate delivery issues.
• Provide oversight of the product life cycle to ensure excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead the team to plan and execute current and future product needs.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization via presentations/reports.
• Act as a coach and mentor to scrum team members.
• Assist in creating sprint plans and support delivery.
• Own critical impediments and escalate as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
