Job summary

enGen is seeking a product owner/manager to lead development and management of a service and analytics product for a specific business unit. You will partner with agile teams to translate strategy into deliverable requirements, prioritise backlog, and ensure value delivery.

You will align product vision with stakeholders, work with external vendors, and drive roadmap and release planning. A strong grasp of technology concepts, product knowledge, market and operating model is required; healthcare

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting or Design Thinking OR in Product Development & Management, Project/Program Management
• 3 years experience working with external clients/fostering positive relationships and outcomes
• Agile delivery experience with a variety of methodologies

Responsibilities

• Contributes to streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.
• Manages, understands and supports prioritized Portfolio and Value Stream work by collaborating with stakeholders to breakdown features into user stories.
• Maintain a well groomed and prioritized backlog sufficient to support optimal team allocation for multiple Sprints including acceptance of stories and definition of ready/done.
• Responsible for the acceptance of stories as Done from the team, ensuring they are developed and meet acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the creation, maintenance, and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with external vendors to align roadmaps, ensuring delivery execution and scope alignment.
• Write clearly defined user stories for new product features and improvements; implement improvement stories.
• Review, update and sign off on test scripts for in-track and regression testing.
