Job summary

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field OR 6 years progressive and related software engineering experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring decisions, coaching and development, and performance management.
• Direct and control day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies; ensure resource utilization across product teams.
• Escalate product delivery issues and review action plans with scrum teams; provide oversight of the application product life cycle to ensure excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors; coordinate with Experience Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders.
