Job summary

ITW, a global industrial company, seeks a Product Manager to lead strategy and commercial performance for a portfolio of software and equipment products. You will own product P&L, drive growth, and align product direction with business goals and market opportunities.

Leveraging customer and market insights, you will define value-driven solutions, support GTM execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact results in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe) and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across product lines (e.g., IntelliVIEW, eShop, Equipment Software).
• Own product-level P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration; monitor metrics and adjust strategy.
• Develop and support go-to-market strategies; enable sales teams on positioning and differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional alignment among Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
• Translate business strategy into clear direction for delivery teams and communicate performance to executives.
