Job summary

Alpine, an ITW Company, seeks a Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial performance of a software and equipment product portfolio. You will partner with Product Owners to ensure execution, own product P&L, drive growth and align product direction with business goals and market opportunities.

Using customer and market insights, define value-driven solutions, support go-to-market, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-impact results in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline; an MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a development team.
• CSPO certification is preferred; software product strategy and management with value delivery.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment using Scrum/SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across product lines.
• Own product-level P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration.
• Lead deep market analysis including trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and support go-to-market strategies for new products and major releases.
• Enable sales teams through training on product positioning and differentiation.
• Participate in key customer meetings and build relationships with strategic accounts.
• Communicate product vision and performance to executives and stakeholders.
