Job summary

ITW, a global industrial company, seeks a Product Manager to own strategy and the commercial performance of a portfolio of software and equipment products. You’ll lead with market insight, drive GTM execution, and partner with Product Owners to ensure value-driven outcomes.

Successful candidates will have extensive Agile experience, CSPO certification preferred, and the ability to influence across teams. Up to 25% travel and a focus on ROI and strategic alignment are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, business, marketing or similar; MBA a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience leading software product development in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
• CSPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and multi-year roadmaps across product lines.
• Own product-level P&L, revenue growth, profitability and market penetration.
• Lead GTM strategies and enable sales with training on positioning and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support and Ops for execution.
• Translate business strategy into clear directions for Product Owners and teams.
