Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, seeks a Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial performance of a software and equipment product portfolio. You will partner with Product Owners to ensure execution, own P&L, and align product direction with business goals and market opportunities in an Agile environment.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and execute across teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or comparable discipline; an MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience in product management with ownership of strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with CBP or similar stage-gate frameworks.
• CSPO or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across product lines (e.g., IntelliVIEW, eShop, Equipment Software).
• Lead marketing strategy for each product category and enable sales with training on positioning and differentiation.
• Own product-level P&L, drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration.
