ITW in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial performance of a software and equipment product portfolio. You will own product P&L, drive growth, and align direction with market opportunities in an Agile environment.

You will develop value-driven solutions, support go-to-market plans, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
• MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience as Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience in product management with ownership of strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience leading software product development in Agile (Scrum/SAFe).
• CSPO certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across product lines.
• Lead GTM planning and enablement for major releases and new products.
• Own product-level P&L, drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead market and customer insight intelligence, competitive analysis, and trends.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
