Job summary

ITW, a global industrial company, is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and drive the commercial performance of a portfolio of software and equipment products. You will own product P&L, define value-driven solutions, and partner with Product Owners to ensure effective execution in an Agile environment.

You will leverage market insights, develop GTM plans, enable sales teams, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact results across IntelliVIEW, eShop, and Equipment Software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business or Marketing; MBA a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience as Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with CB&I or stage-gate frameworks.
• CSPO certification preferred.
• Software product strategy with Agile development (Scrum/SAFe).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term product vision and multi-year roadmaps across product lines.
• Lead GTM strategy for each product category and enable sales teams.
• Own product-level P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy for ROI.
• Lead market analysis of CM/LBM trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
