Job summary

ITW, a global industrial company, seeks a Product Manager for Alpine, responsible for strategy and commercial performance of a software/equipment portfolio. You will own the P&L, drive growth, and align product direction with market opportunities in an Agile environment.

Leveraging customer insights, you will define value-driven solutions, support GTM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years as Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience in product strategy, roadmaps and GTM.
• CSPO certification preferred; experience with agile product delivery.
• Experience in complex customer environments and software product management.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product strategy and multi-year roadmaps across product lines.
• Own product P&L, drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead market and customer insight efforts, analyze trends and competition.
• Develop GTM strategies and enable sales with training on positioning.
• Engage with customers, participate in key meetings and industry events.
• Prioritize investments based on ROI and strategic alignment; coordinate cross-functionally.
