Job summary

ITW is seeking a Product Manager for Alpine, a division delivering software and equipment products. You will own the long-term product vision, lead multi-year roadmaps across product lines, and drive GTM strategies with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and execute with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or comparable field; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience in product management with ownership of strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) or stage-gate frameworks.
• CSPO certification preferred.
• Software product strategy and management with demonstrated value delivery.
• Experience with complex customer environments and/or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).
• Strong team/project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Flexible and adaptable; up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across product lines (e.g., IntelliVIEW, eShop, Equipment Software).
• Lead the 3P-STP-5P marketing strategy for each product category.
• Own product-level P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration.
• Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize value and ROI.
• Lead deep market analysis including CM/LBM trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and support go-to-market strategies for new products and major releases.
• Enable sales teams through training on product positioning and differentiation.
• Participate in key customer meetings and industry events to support growth.
