Job summary

ITW is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial performance of a software and equipment product portfolio. You will own the product P&L, drive growth, and align direction with market opportunities while partnering with Product Owners to execute in an Agile environment.

You will define value-driven solutions, support go-to-market efforts, and work across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, CS, business or related field.
• 6+ years as Product Owner with development team.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps; CSPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across product lines.
• Lead GTM and commercial enablement, including training on positioning and differentiation.
• Own product-level P&L, monitor performance and ROI; align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to execute strategy.
