ITW’s Buehler division seeks a Global Product Manager to drive growth across a technical product portfolio, shaping strategy, lifecycle management, and collaboration with marketing and sales to maximize profitability.

The role emphasizes market analysis, new product development, pricing input, and building an innovation pipeline, with travel up to 10%. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years Product Management experience.
• Experience with industrial, scientific or instrumentation equipment is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop product line strategy including roadmaps and growth initiatives.
• Experience championing new product development from ideation to launch.
• Ability to analyze market segmentation and justify proposals to upper management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.
