Job summary

Collins Aerospace, Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Product Manager for Cross Domain Solutions and Multi-Level Security. You will guide strategy, balance technical execution with customer priorities, and lead investment decisions across IRAD and capital projects.

This onsite role requires DoD clearance and collaboration across Engineering, Finance, and Business Development to deliver secure solutions. You will develop strategic roadmaps, evaluate business cases, and align product plans with growth

Qualifications

• Experience in product management within aerospace/defense or technology industries.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Strong capability in strategic planning, investment decision-making, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for CDS/MLS products.
• Lead cross-functional teams through development, production, and delivery while meeting budgets and commitments.
• Forecast financial results and support IRAD, capital investments, and gate reviews.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, and Engineering to ensure timely product delivery.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide regular program updates to customers.
