Job summary

Collins Aerospace, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, seeks a Program Engagement Lead to own planning, estimation and execution for secured program work environments within Collins Strategic Business Units. You will coordinate across DT, Facilities, Engineering and Security in a fast-paced matrix environment to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

This hybrid role requires onsite work in Cedar Rapids with up to 25% travel and a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret/Top Secret clearance.
• Experience managing digital/tech projects with infrastructure and software development oversight.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with proactive solutions.
• Experience building Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project.
• Experience managing project financials (EAC, BAC) and forecasting demand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across DT, Facilities, Engineering, and Security to document requirements and prepare bid materials.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance; forecast finances and resources; identify risks.
• Document scope changes and maintain DT development environments across lifecycles.
• Prepare presentations and communicate project status to leadership teams.
• Establish metrics, milestones, and monitor adherence to scope, schedule and budget.
• Resolve conflicts and promote cross-functional collaboration to meet goals.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement for DT service delivery.
• Facilitate technical collaboration with third parties to accelerate resolution.
