The successful candidate will lead the Clearance Administration Team and oversee the processing and maintenance of Personnel Security Clearances under NISPOM and DoD directives for employees supporting government contracts.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required; eligibility for DoD security clearance.
• University degree or higher preferred; minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain personnel security clearances (PCLs) across DISS/NISPOM/related systems.
• Collect fingerprints and upload to government databases.
• Verify clearance/briefing status for secure access requests.
• Process domestic and foreign visit requests.
• Submit Adverse Information Reports as required.
• Track and report foreign travel of cleared employees.
