The Product Manager for Cross Domain Solutions will lead the Cross Domain Solutions and Multi-Level Security product lines within Collins Aerospace’s Protected Payload Technologies business area in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role combines product strategy, program execution, and financial leadership to guide investment decisions, strengthen the product portfolio, and deliver secure solutions that meet evolving customer needs. The Product Manager will develop strategic roadmaps, evaluate business cases, and align product plans with technical requirements and long-term growth objectives.
Working across Engineering, Business Development, Finance, and other functional teams, the Product Manager will oversee product development, production, and delivery while monitoring financial and program performance. Responsibilities include managing discretionary investments, supporting proposals and gate reviews, forecasting financial results, addressing technical and programmatic challenges, and identifying risks and opportunities. The role also serves as a key customer-facing leader, providing program updates, building stakeholder relationships, and coordinating corrective actions when needed. This is an opportunity to shape strategically important security products while balancing technical execution, customer priorities, and business performance.
This is an onsite role in Cedar Rapids, IA.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
