Qualifications

• Purchasing experience sourcing, negotiating with OEMs and subcontractors.

• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Procurement planning during the bidding phase.
• Sourcing, identifying, and prequalifying vendors; developing RFPs.
• Analyzing quotes; ensuring scope completeness with project/engineering teams.
• Negotiating and finalizing agreements.
• Developing and implementing the Procurement Plan.
• Post award, managing plan implementation.
• Reading, understanding contract documents and schedules.
• Travel to project sites, manufacturers, and vendors as needed.
