You will liaison between Procurement and internal stakeholders, manage procurement for high-visibility programs, and develop RFPs while negotiating favorable agreements. This role involves post-award planning and continuous market analysis. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 0+ years of related experience.
• Sourcing, negotiating contracts with OEMs, construction /subcontractors and fabricators.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between the Procurement team and internal stakeholders including executive team, engineering, sales, and manufacturing.
• Work with program/project teams to manage high-visibility, high-value programs and ensure timely execution of the portfolio.
• Procurement planning during bidding phase; understand contracts, bills of material, sourcing, vendor prequalification, RFPs, and quotes evaluation.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements; develop procurement plans; post-award plan implementation.
• Post-award procurement planning and implementation on major projects; transfer bid documents to project teams; communicate market intelligence across projects.
• Understand, evaluate, and incorporate market conditions into procurement plans including pricing trends, lead times, and best value opportunities.
