• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in supply chain management, subcontracts/procurement or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develops, negotiates and administers subcontracts of moderate value and complexity, aligned with client requirements and policies.
• Creates complex solicitations, supports proposals, conducts price and cost analysis, negotiates terms.
• Works on assignments of moderate to high complexity, using independent judgment.
• Typically places or works on subcontracts valued up to $100,000; higher values with oversight.
• Collaborates with program staff to ensure performance; may mentor less experienced staff.
• Interacts with procurement staff, suppliers and internal customers; may interact with senior management.
• Applies knowledge of procurement principles, contract law, and finance to non-routine tasks and guidance.
