Responsibilities include bidding-phase procurement planning, supplier prequalification, RFP development, evaluating quotes, contract negotiations, and post-award plan execution, along with market intelligence and travel to

Qualifications

• Leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 0+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating contracts with manufacturers and subcontractors.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Procurement planning during the bidding phase.
• Post-award procurement planning and implementation on major projects.
• Understand market conditions and adjust procurement plans.
• Read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and schedules.
• Travel to project sites, manufacturers, and vendors as needed.
