Job summary

GenScript USA Inc. in Piscataway, NJ, invites a Specialist – Procurement/Purchasing to manage end-to-end source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles for CAPEX, MRO, and services.

You will drive vendor onboarding, contract management, and pricing negotiations while ensuring timely payments and policy compliance. The role focuses on negotiating pricing, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and serving as a liaison between vendors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience focused on indirect services/categories.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles, including RFx, contract/PO review and execution.
• Coordinate invoicing to ensure timely payments across CAPEX, services, MRO, etc.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supplier agreements.
• Onboard vendors, create material codes, and ensure CMS contract alignment.
• Lead procurement trainings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
