The role emphasizes supplier negotiation, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely payments and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience, focusing on indirect services (CAPEX, MRO, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with end-to-end source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles across assigned categories.
• Review RFx, contracts, and purchase orders to ensure compliance and timely payments.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supplier agreements.
• Onboard vendors and create material codes; maintain CMS records.
• Train end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
