GenScript USA Inc is recruiting a Specialist – Procurement/Purchasing in Piscataway, NJ. You will manage end-to-end source-to-pay processes, including RFx, contract and PO execution, and invoice coordination to ensure timely payments.

The role requires vendor onboarding, CMS contract reviews, and driving cost savings through negotiations. Join a team focused on CAPEX, Services, and MRO categories, reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience focusing on Indirect services (CAPEX, Services, MRO).
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles including RFx, contract and PO review/execution.
• Coordinate invoice processing and payments in line with vendor terms.
• Negotiate pricing and long-term agreements to drive cost savings.
• Onboard vendors, create material codes, and manage CMS contract reviews.
• Lead procurement trainings and support cross-functional collaboration.
