Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. seeks a Specialist – Procurement/Purchasing to manage end-to-end source-to-pay and procure-to-pay activities, including RFx, contract and PO execution, and invoice coordination for timely payments across CAPEX, MRO, and services.

The role requires 2–5 years in procurement, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. On-site in Piscataway, NJ with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience, indirect focus (CAPEX, Services, MRO, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Project management skills; construction procurement experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
