GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a Specialist – Procurement/ Purchasing in Piscataway, NJ to manage end-to-end source-to-pay cycles across CAPEX, MRO, and services.

You will drive competitive sourcing, negotiate pricing and long-term agreements, and ensure timely payments while partnering with legal and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes cost control, KPI ownership, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience, focused on Indirect (CAPEX, Services, MRO, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Project management skills; construction procurement experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles for assigned categories.
• Conduct RFx activities, contract review, PO execution, and timely invoice coordination.
• Lead price comparisons and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and long-term supplier agreements to create value.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through pricing and demand consolidation.
• Coordinate with end users to ensure on-time payments per vendor terms.
• Create new material codes, onboard vendors, and handle CMS contract reviews.
• Serve as liaison with vendors and Legal; guide cross-functional teams on procurement best practices.
• Lead procurement process trainings for end users as needed.
