Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating contracts within technology and professional services categories.
• Demonstrated success leading supplier negotiations and achieving measurable cost savings.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial negotiations, and supplier management principles.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology and professional services spend categories (software, SaaS, IT services, consulting).
• Lead competitive sourcing events: RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and supplier evaluations.
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and assess performance with KPIs.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, terms, renewal provisions, and data security requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, IT, and business stakeholders throughout contracting lifecycle.
• Identify and implement cost reduction, cost avoidance, and value-generation initiatives.
