Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or related field.
• Eight+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide sourcing, complex negotiations, and supplier portfolio decisions.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology services contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes including intake, sourcing, due diligence, contract review, and onboarding.
• Develop enterprise procurement strategies for SaaS, cloud infra, software, cybersecurity, and services.
• Negotiate and manage complex contracts, renewals, terminations, and SOWs.
• Lead high-value sourcing initiatives: RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and supplier selections.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, security, and tech stakeholders on deal objectives and approvals.
• Drive cost savings, risk reduction, and operational improvements through negotiations.
