Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Principle Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement strategy, oversee complex sourcing, and manage vendor contracts across SaaS, IaaS, and enterprise technology services.

You will partner with finance, legal, security, and technology leadership to deliver cost savings, risk reduction, and supplier performance improvements, while shaping procurement governance and analytics to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract governance.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives and complex negotiations.
• Ability to develop executive dashboards and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for SaaS, IaaS, cloud, and tech services.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage complex contracts and renewals.
• Drive high-value sourcing initiatives including RFPs and RFIs.
• Define deal objectives and approvals with cross-functional partners.
• Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.
