Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Procurement Manager II to manage end-to-end procurement for contract labor, including SOW reviews, approvals, and onboarding. You will coordinate with stakeholders on RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, define deal objectives, and drive negotiations to align with business goals.

You will also oversee contract administration, governance, and payments, while building procurement metrics and supplier governance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years industry experience in product and services procurement, sourcing and contract administration.
• 1–3 years of experience negotiating small to medium product and services agreements.
• Global experience preferred.
• Ability to benchmark vendor spend against industry data to ensure competitive pricing.
• Ability to analyze financial market, business, or technical information to make recommendations.
• Ability to facilitate group meetings and presentations for internal and external clients at all levels.
• Demonstrated knowledge of spend analysis techniques.
• Experience with contract administration, governance and customer relationship management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills within a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors at all levels.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Maintain confidential materials and information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for contract labor needs including intake, SOW review, approvals, execution, and onboarding.
• Prepare, review, execute and manage approval of contracts, renewals, terminations and change orders.
• Plan and conduct low-to-medium complexity sourcing projects (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
• Define deal objectives, identify sourcing solutions, and implement negotiation strategies.
• Lead commercial negotiations as required.
• Ensure financial processes for payments, invoices and work orders.
• Develop and maintain procurement metrics and reports.
• Monitor vendor contracts for SLA adherence and governance.
• Serve as liaison between vendors and stakeholders for sourcing activities.
• Support supplier governance and contract administration reviews.
• Develop contractual artifacts and participate in supplier reviews.
