Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement or sourcing within enterprise environments.
• Experience running procurement at growth-stage tech companies with ownership of high-value vendor relationships.
• Direct experience negotiating multi-year SaaS and cloud contracts with cost savings.
• Hands-on AP experience: setting up vendors, tax docs, and PO-close.
• Ability to translate procurement outcomes into CFO-ready financial narratives.
• Comfort working directly with the CFO and senior leaders on budgets and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor renewals and negotiations from opening terms to signature and benchmarking.
• Serve as lead negotiator on key vendor decisions with cross-functional alignment.
• Negotiate cloud infrastructure and AI spend; adjust commitments as usage changes.
• Track software spend and license utilization; reclaim unused seats and flag unauthorized tools.
• Maintain vendor/contract calendars and coordinate with Legal and InfoSec.
• Run procurement intake processes and speed up purchase requests for departments.
• Set up new vendors in LogicGate systems and process POs vs contracts.
• Review invoices for pricing accuracy and contract adherence before payment.
