Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Senior Manager, SaaS Procurement to own a portfolio of $30M+ in spend across 150+ vendors. This hands-on role involves negotiating enterprise SaaS contracts, benchmarking vendors, and driving discipline in how the company buys software at scale toward IPO.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Engineering, you will lead a two-person team—Procurement Operations & ITAM Analyst—and partner with Legal on contracts while delivering measurable savings and reduced renewal risk each

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise software or IT procurement with hands-on negotiation.
• Proven track record negotiating enterprise SaaS deals with specifics.
• Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-scaling company.
• Experience mentoring at least one direct report.
• Fluent with procure-to-pay systems such as NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate all new and renewing enterprise SaaS contracts with leverage.
• Develop vendor benchmarking using market-rate data and peer pricing.
• Lead the portfolio discipline and spend controls with renewal calendars.
