Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Knowledge of basic business contract law and GAAP.
• Familiarity with TS16949 requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the purchasing team through mentoring and coaching.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Establish and monitor department KPIs and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with TS16949 system processes.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; evaluate performance.
• Develop and manage internal purchasing policies and procedures.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve pricing objectives and ensure quality.
