First Quality Baby Products in Macon, GA seeks a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management for our 24/7 production lines. You will drive cost savings, manage supplier performance, and partner with engineering and maintenance teams.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in procurement, a bachelor’s in supply chain, and strong expertise in SAP, Hexagon, Power BI, and advanced MS Office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration.
• Advanced MS Office and working knowledge of SAP, Hexagon, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFPs for indirect spend to optimize TCO.
• Negotiate and implement supplier contracts to reduce costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Design and roll out Supplier Managed Inventory programs.
• Mentor and lead a procurement team to meet goals.
