Responsibilities

• Lead a team of procurement professionals by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet department needs.
• Oversee evaluation and selection of suppliers through market research and analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements.
• Facilitate training sessions on procurement processes, tools, and compliance.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on procurement activities and budgets.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand procurement needs and advise on best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
