Talentify is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead strategic sourcing across programs and manufacturing locations. You will drive supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution, ensuring alignment with project timing and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in purchasing within automotive or industrial settings, plus strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with BOM procurement and supplier performance management is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in SCM, Eng, Finance, or related field.
• Proven 5+ years of purchasing experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead sourcing activities from strategy through supplier nomination and contract execution.
• Manage CapEx and production procurement across programs and locations.
• Drive cost competitiveness via should-cost, benchmarking, and lifecycle cost evaluations.
• Support program lifecycle activities from acquisition to serial production.
