Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Procurement Manager for a fast-growing CPG company in the health and wellness space. This remote role focuses on sourcing raw materials and functional ingredients to support an expanding product portfolio.

You will own supplier relationships, negotiate terms, forecast demand, and build scalable procurement processes across DTC and retail channels, partnering with Product, Operations, Finance, and Sales to drive margins.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in CPG/food & beverage/functional nutrition or related industry.
• Experience sourcing raw materials and functional ingredients.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, MOQs, lead times, contracts, and vendor management.
• Experience with contract manufacturers, co-packers, 3PLs and ingredient suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement of raw materials, functional ingredients, and packaging components across the product portfolio.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and strategic vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, lead times, contracts, and supply agreements to optimize cost and ensure reliable supply.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Product Development, and Sales to align purchasing decisions with demand forecasts and growth.
• Monitor pricing, supplier capacity, lead times, and market conditions to identify cost-saving and risk-mitigation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a qualified supplier base while identifying alternate sources for critical ingredients.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and available for production.
• Collaborate with Quality/Regulatory teams to ensure suppliers meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Establish scalable procurement processes and reporting to support growth across channels.
