Job summary

Bravo CPG seeks a Director of Operations to lead 1-4 growth-stage CPG brands on a remote, contracted basis. You will own engagements from strategy to execution, overseeing S&OP, cost optimization, ERP integration, and partner relationships while guiding junior team members.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in operations within CPG, 5+ years managing teams, and strong data-driven decision making. You’ll balance client priorities, drive efficiency, and help brands scale securely.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, logistics or supply chain in CPG.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading teams.
• 3+ years of demand planning and production management.
• Experience working with multiple client accounts in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, manage relationships, and deliver strong outcomes for clients and Bravo CPG.
• Act as senior operations leader for clients, owning performance, S&OP and partner relationships.
• Drive operational initiatives (COGS reduction, ERP/IMS integration, launches).
• Balance workload across up to 2-4 client accounts and mentor junior staff.
