Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in client relationship management or procurement roles with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven track record generating new business leads and expanding client relationships.
• Deep healthcare industry experience across pharma, biotech, life sciences, or agency partners.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and own trusted relationships with client procurement and strategic sourcing stakeholders.
• Generate and qualify new leads and maintain a robust growth pipeline.
• Plan and lead procurement capability meetings with curated content for engagements.
• Introduce capability and account leads to new stakeholders to create growth entry points.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s business and procurement dynamics to drive growth.
• Support evolution of framework for engaging client procurement teams across portfolio.
• Keep senior stakeholders informed on status, opportunities, and risks.
• Lead post-engagement debriefs to capture learnings and improve relationships.
